Elderwood of Hinckley opened its doors in 2005 with a simple purpose: to provide compassionate senior care in a comfortable community where residents could maintain their independence and dignity.
Since 2012, Elderwood has been under its current local ownership. That local connection continues to shape the way we care for residents, communicate with families, and approach everyday life in our community.
With space for up to 36 residents, Elderwood offers a smaller environment where staff can become familiar with the people they care for—not simply their care plans, but their personalities, preferences, routines, and individual needs.
We believe that personal attention can make a meaningful difference in how someone experiences senior living.

We serve families from Hinckley and surrounding communities, including Pine City, Sandstone, Mora, and nearby areas.
Residents can also receive transportation assistance for local medical appointments within 10 miles, helping make important appointments more convenient.
